The LOOTM for September is this wonderful homebuilt evocative of the Spitfire, Mustang and Warhawk.  Powered by a V-8 engine, this gorgeous two-seater has the swooning crackle-exhaust sound to back up its looks.  The under-wing radiators have automatic control of their outlet flaps.  Fast, nimble and having that hauntingly familiar WW II fighter appearance, the Prowler Jaguar is our LOOTM for September.
