The following is a current list of what I offer. Any of these courses can help make you a safer, more proficient—and more self-confident—pilot. The curriculum can be tailored to specific needs, so if you do not see exactly what you’re looking for please feel free to contact me. It's easy to customize the flight training to suit your skill level and time/budget requirements. Ground Instruction ($50/hour) uses visual aids and drawing boards to clearly illustrate the lessons. Safety briefings, pre-flight discussions of maneuvers, and post-flight critiques are some of the items covered by Ground Instruction. In addition to pre-arranged courses, I can focus on a specific maneuver, or maneuvers, through the International Aerobatic Club (IAC) “Advanced” level. And, as a customer service, I can help you enroll in the IAC or advise you about competing at an aerobatic contest. I can also assist in arranging lodging, dining or vehicle rental for the time of your intended stay in our area. Amelia Island is a charming barrier island on the Atlantic Coast of northeast Florida, offering a variety of activities for the sports enthusiast, vacationer, or history buff. The area has something for everyone, and this can make your flying trip an adventure the whole family will enjoy. Thank you for your interest. I look forward to flying with you soon.

Depending on the type of aircraft, its capabilities and mechanical condition, it is possible to receive aerobatic instruction in your own aircraft. We have aerobatic time in many different light aircraft, from Citabrias and Cessna 150 Aerobats, through T-34s and Yaks. Inquire about our experience in your type of aircraft. (Please note that I reserve the right to refuse flying if the aircraft either exceeds my experience level, or is deemed mechanically unsound.) Note: In the interest of safety, I reserve the right to modify a syllabus as deemed necessary. |
